There are several tools in business coaching that play part of any marketing plan. I have found a couple of tools that really augment the follow up marketing that I do with new prospects and with existing clients.
What is really unique is that both of these tools are also business opportunities in themselves and can provide additional streams of revenue. They market themselves and can add to the existing business and marketing business at the same time.
The first is SendOutCards. I love SendOutCards because I go online, create a card, add the address and SendOutCards prints the card (with my personal message) and mails the card!! I can't tell you HOW many times I have had a card sit on the counter and never make it across the street to the mailbox. SendOutCards has solved that problem for me.
The second is video conferencing. Video Conferencing provides businesses with a suite of services including video marketing, video broadcasting and social video distribution...and more. The possibilities are endless.
Finding the right business marketing tools for your business are essential in having a good follow up strategy. Tools that can be automated are even better. Putting your marketing on auto-pilot frees you up to do other things -- like work with clients, blog or go for a bike ride (my favorite!).
